Shawn Hao
MANAGING PARTNER
A native of Xi’an, China and later Newton, Mass, Shawn returned to the Boston area after earning a Master’s in Electrical Engineering at the University of Florida. His brings his passion for innovation and technology to his real estate career.

Shawn is a detail-oriented and proactive problem solver. Applying his engineering mindset to real estate, he empowers his clients and offers them his own unique and acute insights.
​
In his free time, Shawn enjoys fishing and white water rafting, spending time with friends and family, and vacationing in southern Florida.

Hon Shin
MANAGING PARTNER
Hon is a lifelong Boston resident and grew up in Brookline. Following graduation from Pratt Institute in NY with a degree in industrial design, Hon returned to Boston to pursue a career as an entrepreneur and real estate investor.
​
Since 2005 Hon has specialized in helping renters, buyers and sellers of residential and investment properties.
​
Hon's work ethic and depth of knowledge and experience in all facets of real estate will ensure that you receive the guidance and assistance necessary to a successful transaction.
